No single person can move money. Each disbursement is authorized by two people before it clears, and both names are attached to the record.
Entries are hash-chained. Once a line is written it cannot be quietly edited or deleted. Any change leaves a mark.
Work on the ground is done and logged by Haitian teams at each site. Restricted gifts are tracked separately and spent only on what they were given for.
